3 Fellers,a Virginia-based bakery and gluten-free food manufacturer,has announced that it will be expanding the distribution of its gluten-free desserts and dinner rolls in the US.
According to the company,nearly 20 Whole Foods stores in Florida will offer the company's layered gluten-free brownies,four-inch mini pies,and gluten-free cupcakes.
In addition,about 30 Earth Fare grocery stores in six states will carry gluten-free brownies and mini pies.
3 Fellers president Mike Feller said that Celiac awareness is growing rapidly as more and more people learn to understand the condition,and there is a heightened demand for gluten-free goods.
"As a result,we are working closely with Whole Foods and Earth Fare to provide our high-end products to their customers,"Feller added.
